I'm just not a huge anime fan (I find some of it a little bland and samey) and I just think it's a breath of fresh air to see anime characters drawn in a western style.
Sorry if my last few comments about Pokemon offend you. Whenever I write comments, I never intend to upset people, I'm just a little opinionated. Also, I'm not a huge fan of Pokemon so I don't really know too much about it.

You mean you always "thought" that pikachu's species was like that of a hybrd of a rabbit and a mouse. Pika is the japanese sound electricity makes. and the "chu" means mouse. Meaning... Electric mouse.
