Eddie goes to Neon Lum's City police department and finds a box of confiscated items; which include- A meth lab
- A plastic bag of bullets. Don't worry he'll point them away from Rayman and his friends when he's hammering them. (This will be bad.)
- blasting caps
- plastic explosives
-Ā and several tazers. One of which he's trying out right now. Too bad Rayman and Tarayzan were in the vicinity when he turned it on.

One could say that. I'd say he'sĀ like all 4 of Rayman's nemesis'sĀ (Mr.Dark, Razor Beard,Andre the black Lum and the dark Teensie magician)combined, only much more dense.

A mixture of Mr Dark's mystery (who knows where Eddie came from), Razorbeard's persistence, Andre's quirkiness and Ales Mansay... well, who knows what HE'S thinking...
