2003-2010/X: 10
2010-2013: 11
2014-present/Boom: 12
Understand the pattern? I know AoSTH, Christmas Blast, SatAM, X, and Boom aren't canon, but in AoSTH he's 4, and X and Boom have their game voices as well. I know the Boom games are in an alternate universe, but the X voice and 2003 voice are the same, so anything's possible.
