Reconesence (SP?) basically to sum it up: Scouting. The pane looks innocent and harmless enough so enemies could ignore it while Tails takes photos or something to plan a big attack later

OR I got a better idea; he can perfrom in the national "Air and Sea Show" with Sonic! Like doing wingwalking or Sonic could fly in a seperate plane and they can do insane stunts! ^^
