This exact duck is 30 (because that hat was so ludicrously hard to make) but I can make different Ciels for 20.

Ciel varies in cost depending on which outfit you'd like, as I can paint him in anything. This version is 25 because his hat is very time-consuming. I can make him without a hat for cheaper, or with various other accessories for various intervals of price. At his cheapest he is 15 (just hair and clothing)

A rubber duck, sculpey polymer clay, acrylic paint, and some aluminum foil in the hat. The price does not derive from the cost of materials if that's what you were wondering. XD;
