oh, i'm not going to be an artist at that con this year anyways! but yes, I do take commissions over paypal!
Because of my schedule, I can't fill another commission until this summer ('round the first of June) so the wait would be about the same as getting it at con, but you'd still be able to get it
If you want one of the ones i've previously made, for KS ducks, i've got Agni, Soma, and Girl-Ciel still in stock, and I could probably arrange to have those sent to you even though they're at home (i'm at school now, orz)

Also, I don't know if you saw my prices, but trap ciel costs a little more because of his ridiculously time-intensive hat. I wanted to sell him for 35, but since you're buying a set i'll just even it out and say the whole set is 50 (20 for sebby, 30 for ciel). I hope that isn't a problem D:
