Description This is old. There will probably be a bunch of old stuff popping up here, since I'm working on a portfolio website right now and am getting all excited about my pieces and want to show them off/recieve critiques.

This is a little macro scene for a snail-person game idea I worked on for my first portfolio class, a year ago.

I really love these tiny worlds, when I go hiking I'm always looking closely at the ground, rocks, crevices in trees and roots...

Ooo i like the dark atmosphere accentuated by the little glistening touches on the water... it makes for a really magical scene. My one critique would be that i don't understand the perspective on the water/rocks?

you'd have to ask myself a year and half ago to solve that mystery ^.~

I know this is an older piece, but it's definately one of my favorites! I can see how you've improved since then, but the water especially looks really good. The whole picture has a very -soft- feel to it.
