Don't worry, Vector only trapped Charmy in his mouth, but Charmy threatened to sting Vector, unless released, and Vector nervously let Charmy out.

Knowing how they described Vector's breath as "putrid", it must be hell for him to be inside.
Then again, it doesn't stop him and Espio to hop inside his mouth in that game. XD
