I could imagine Mr Krabs would not like that. Mr Krabs seems to have a prejudice towards mammals, which is odd, because his daughter is a mammal.
Hard to tell how an episode like that could go. Either the nephews and nieces get along and cause a lot of trouble for others, or they would likely go the cliche route, and have them hate each other.

It would most likely be that they like each other at first, but then they start to get annoyed of each other. Knowing that the Cheeks triplets are mischievous, the kids would cause trouble for each other.
