Description
Its my finale drawing class for my last year. And I have wanted to truly give my all into a artpeice I could, and express myself outward in a productive and way I was happy with.
And so this was formed (and is still a work in progress)
I have used, morbid surreal horror, bodily horror. And have taken insperation from Zdzislaw Beksinski, a surreal painter from poland.
I wanted to explore the concept of Identity and the feeling of when society minipulates, controls, and puts you into a shell of your own non making. (Left figure)
making you feel like a ghost in your own body (right figure).
The middle being the inner self trying tk fight but is obbedient to the outer self, like when you know you are feeling like you need to leave a party but ya decide to still stay fir your friends or because the food is good. That inner you saying "This isnt right, this isnt true" but cant do anything, but be held down by the shell.

like I seid, it isnt done. But I am so deeply proud of where I have come. And am proud to make this my first post here, hopefully it is one I can look back to with joy and pride as my first step to a greater career and life as a artist.
