It's Prince Surge's son, Caspian - he likes the title Prince Caspian more, but that isn't really accurate, so just Caspian will have to do.

He can't breathe fire, but the barb on his tail is venomous. He's a bit on the smaller side.

Caspian grew up with his SandWing mother, Chia, who is the first cousin, once removed of the SandWing Queen at the time. Caspian was never liked among the royal family at all since he was a hybrid, but he was allowed to stay there until he could handle himself. He wasn't allowed to mess with or get involved with any of the royal business at all. That rule didn't stop him from sneaking around to listen to in though.

Unlike his father, Caspian is charming and doesn't talk very loudly unless he has to. He's a bit more relaxed and calculated, better at keeping his thoughts to himself. Caspian does feel passionate about things like his father though, particularly when it comes to the issues regarding unfair treatment of hybrids. It's something he'll always try to find a solution for, trying to use what little royal power he's permitted to make things more fair.

Caspian always has a refined, delicate look about him, and sometimes he likes to surprise others that try to take advantage of him by pulling out his 'loud side'. Caspian can pull off an intimidating yell just as well as his father, good for putting rude dragons in their place.

Caspian learned how to fight from both his parents, and is very skilled at it too. Never was able to beat his father, but Caspian doesn't aim to be the best fighter anyway. It's more of a skill he thinks comes in handy.

From sneaking around the halls of the royal palace, into rooms he wasn't allowed, Caspian learned how the kingdom worked and how to get things to work for you. With some manipulation and creating a good reputation for himself, Caspian had actually managed to get the royal staff on his side, as well as some connections throughout the kingdom.

In the end, Caspian actually managed to convince the royal family to let him stay in the palace for longer as long as he doesn't meddle with things. If only they knew Caspian was already meddling with things.

Caspian finds out about this group that was made to help and protect hybrid dragons across Pyrrhia. After learning about them, he seeks them out and goes to see if they're true to their word and if so, if there's anything Caspian can do to help them. This is a group Muck had actually created along with Spearmint, Halo and Henequen. Once Caspian is done inspecting/interrogating them and their base, he decides that while he's suspicious about Muck and his motives, the group were seriously offering shelter homeless and unfairly treated hybrids, so Caspian told them that if they ever need some financial or even a little military support he would be willing to pull some strings in their favor.

anyway that's all the story I'm gonna put for now.

Also forgot to put this in the stuff about Prince Surge; but since he doesn't have the royal wing glow markings, he was pretty much banned from having dragonets since that would cause more confusion about who was royal and would cause issues with the whole animus thing getting out of the royal family. Surge keeps his affair with Chia a complete secret to his family, because he's scared of anything happening to Caspian or Chia.

Also also I realized after I had finished drawing and coloring this, that I pretty much perfectly put an engagement ring on Caspian on accident so whoops.
I was gonna remove it but who knows, maybe Caspian is engaged/married.
To whom, we'll never know...
