Personality: Cheddar is a pretty chill yet methodical pokemon. Whether it's his next stroke on a piece of art or nabbing his next meal, he's one to plan his steps carefully. The only thing that can break his easy-going patience is his incredibly intuitive nose. This ability has not yet been honed for good and more often serves to be his foil. If a pleasant scent passes his way prepare to have his curiosity triggered. For smells outside of his favor, prepare to tap into this usually nonchalant mon's melodramatic side.
Equipped with a creative spark, Cheddar has a real obsession for scribbling out his ideas anywhere he can, ranging from cuddly to vulgar. His brainstorming has also been a source of powerful migraines. Though his peaceful attitude has made him less of a fighter, he's still capable of using creative tactics to get out of a messy situation. He sometimes will smell objects to help keep him calm and collected when nervous, such as his Trainer's lucky hat.

Bio:

  Cheddar was born in a selective breeding lab on a large ranch, renowned for its exotic hybrids and colors for pokemon. His parents are Cacao and Jack, an Alolan and standard Raichu, respectively. Though he most resembles a standard Raichu, Cheddar's unique lineage of resulted in his almost boomerang-shaped tail and characteristic darker fur color.
  When Cheddar was a young Pikachu, he spent most of his time lazing around and daydreaming. Very little interested him, though the majority of his activity involved hatching pesky schemes with peers. The trouble Cheddar would get into was hypothesized to be an outlet for his latent Psychic powers that he seemed unable to tap into, despite his Alolan heritage. The Pikachu was often passed up for adoption because of his apparent laziness or occasional mischief until the day a young trainer came in who would change his life.
  Stephen was a young and cheeky trainer who first discovered Cheddar when seeking a therapy pokemon to assist with his neurological disorder. Though breeders initially questioned his decision to choose such an unmotivated pokemon as Cheddar, Stephen knew untapped potential when he saw it. The two instantly clicked and understood each other. With Cheddar liberated from the mundane life on the ranch, he found purpose in being a partner to Stephen. Cheddar's calm nature gave Stephen's life much-needed serenity, and in turn, Stephen taught Cheddar to utilize his creativity in more productive ways, such as the arts.
  Studying the great pokemon artists such as Smeargle and Mr. Mime, Cheddar was able to mimic their techniques to perfection. The two would prove that though they were placid, they were not meek, and became an unlikely duo of graffiti artists, tagging the most inconceivable areas in their city.

  Life was great for Stephen and Cheddar throughout the years. However, Stephen's condition worsened, leaving him housebound until he could afford better treatment. Stephen's desire was for Cheddar to continue painting without him and encouraged his pokemon to tag the city for him. Cheddar had better plans, however. He vowed that he would obtain the money to get his partner treatment, and would need help doing it. For this reason, he sought out the most powerful crime family in the world, Team Rocket. After hearing a rumor of a branch of Team Rocket run solely by pokemon, his search brought him far; To a forest outside of Jubilife City, where he heard the members reside. The woods were dangerous at night for a lone pokemon, but Cheddar had learned he'd do whatever it takes for a friend. Now he would attempt to join this crew, by any means necessary.
