A random drawing that I did on the bus back from London
Just got a few minutes to colour it, so I thought I might as well upload it too!
...only 10 pages to go on the tempest btw!!! So very nearly there....

Really cool piece. I like all the movement you've put into the hair and clothes, it really makes the image work.
As I admire you're work I've been wondering if you ink and scan your work or trace it digitally? I've been having trouble getting a good finish from scanning.

Neither actually. I do a rough pencil sketch, then use a light box to produce a neater pencil sketch, then I scan, and multiply the lines one or two times to make them a bit stronger depending on the effect I want.

How the heck can you draw that well on a bus? Does London have more steady bus rides than the U.S.? Very nice coloring too. What did you color it with?
