A random drawing that I did on the bus back from London
Just got a few minutes to colour it, so I thought I might as well upload it too!
...only 10 pages to go on the tempest btw!!! So very nearly there....

Amazing work, I like it a lot. It's so "Kid's story". I assume you've seen the Animatrix, since it has so big resemblance to the last story of the movie. The birds, the angle, the mood - everything is the same, which is great coz I've always wanted to do this kind of concept. Well done.

This particular image reminds me of "The Kid" in the Animatrix movie. Alot of people said that movie was a lame piece of poo...but I entirely disagree.

The angle and the flat gradients gives this a slick, animation feel- like a cel!
The subject reminds me of the shorts from the Animatrix collection.
