Done on Paint.NET.Yay for crappy flat coloring.
the third and final step in the Jow Murray attempt! DEE DEE DEE!!
This thing took me hours to finish, and that's with this crappy flat color! Imagine what it's be like if I had put OOMPH into it.
The background is crap, I know, a failed attempt of reconstructing Joe's bizarre building structure. I hate the colors in this too, but hey, I did what I could. I'm just glad I got this out of my system before I went nuts.
