Description
Kion’s new job as the King of the tree of life has been very stressful since he doesn’t have much experience in ruling. With the golden King being very worried about his subjects not receiving the proper care from him, he goes to the Pridelands to have lessons with his father about ruling. One day in the morning as Kion was sleeping along with the pride he felt a quick nudge from something and as he opened his eyes it appeared to be Tazama, the keenest of sight

“Kion!” she whispered frantically, “theres a rogue in the border of the pridelands! He seems like a threat and i think he’s gonna challenge your Father and Kovu”

Kion immediately perked up from his sleep and went to alert the other members of the guard on the lair. He tried his very best not to wake up anyone with his large size and succeeded. Once he arrived in the lair of the guard all of the warriors were sleeping. Kion went close to Vitani and gave her a quick poke on her shoulder so she could wake up. Vitani already had an annoyed expression in her face as she was awaken in her sleep.

“ughh, What do you want Kion?..” Vitani said incredibly annoyed. “there’s a rogue in the border and he seems to have come here to challenge Kovu.” Kion said in a serious yet calm voice. Vitani stretched before waking up the rest of the guard except Shabaha. Shabaha had to stay resting as she was expecting cubs while her girlfriend Tazama still tried to do her best in her job but she always stayed close to the lair so she could keep an eye on Shabaha. As Vitani, Imara and Kasi were about to head out. Kion interrupted them with his voice.

“I’ll go too” He said. Vitani gave a disappointed face towards his response. “Kion, I’ve said this several times now but. I’m the leader of the lion guard now and our team is perfectly capable of taking care of the pridelands now!” Kion was upset at this response, He missed being a part of the guard a lot and when his offer gets denied he gets sad because not only does he want to help his pride and friends but he wants to do what he loves most which is protecting the circle of life. Tazama had come in and interrupted the moment “Vitani, I think its best you take Kion with you” Vitani got mad and responded “What! but-“ “Vitani, There might be other rogues around that area, if theres one rogue its very possible there can be a coalition of them hiding around, Kion is experienced in fighting and he could help you guys out.” Vitani gave one quick look at Kion and back at the guard. “Ugh! Fine… Kion come on lets go.” Kion got up and got with the group. “Till the pridelands end!” Vitani started “Lion Guard Defend!” the rest responded and took off to go to the rouge

At the Border of the pridelands where there was lush vegetation, The guard and Kion hid to attack the rogue and jumped at him to confront eachtoher. The Lion wanst facing them and Kion tried to get his attention “Who are you and what are you doing in the pridelands rogue!?” Kion yelled with an agressive tone. All the Rogue did was stop walking and stood still. Kion mad at this reaction responded again as he got to the floor more in a position to pounce. “Answer me!” He said with a slight roar. With this the Lion turned around and Kion and him looked at eachother in shock, they seemed extremely familiar to each other and the guard was confused “Wh- Are you just gonna stand there or should I show you how its done?” said Vitani with an agressive tone over Kion's shocked face "this lion looks extremely familiar” Kion said “huh?” Vitani said puzzled. Kion stared at the lion for longer and finally said “Who are you…?”

Hello Everyone!!

Im so sorry for taking so long to post a piece. I became very busy with work and i also traveled to see some family. This piece took way too long aswell like i did a lot of background work in this a long with redesigning the characters from the show. Ill try ro post faster in the future but either way thank you so much for being patient and i hope you liked this piece!!
