I Really Really Love The faceShape and Eyes The Eyes Are just So pretty and Gleamy!(is that even a word..??)
And I Really Love The Hair is So Free looking and just going in the wind as if hah or she's just caught in doing some kind of movement.
But i love How you Added the Shine to it! Sooo pretty ;w;
Now I have to Say The Background is probably one of my Favorite things about this pictures!.Gives like a Future Feeling.
Oh For Critiques....Hmmm..I think Cherry And Jenna Basically has that Covered!

crit wise I'd say the shoulder on the right goes out a bit far, and I think you could of defined her hand more with the shading to match the rest of the picture, as it seems to just have a gradient running through it
I really like how you did the hair and buttons

I really don't have any critiques besides her legs. The positioning of them makes it seem as though she might fall over.
