My first thought, when i saw this was - it's just like the scene from 4x01, so yeah, you did good! I like this sharp contrast, it's reflects his character, like he can't decide if he should help the humans or obey orders.

Really cool effect with the white light spots! It reminds me of the first time we see Castiel, with the sparks raining down, making him seem very dangerous and mysterious all at once. You've definitely captured that mood! I also like the sketchy style of the line work. Lots of energy. Good job!
