Aww...This is one of the most beautiful things ever said to me.

I did colored this page for the purpose of using it in the wallpaper. Because I searched the net and couldn't find a colored version of it.

So i had to color it myself ,and I'm so happy with the result.

I totally agree with what you said ;Iruka ,no matter what others say ,is the one with the greatest influence on Naruto's behavior.

I have a long-standing grudge against Kakashi for stealing fight scenes and the spotlight in a fanfic that a friend wrote that was SUPPOSED to be Naruto's. Otherwise, he's not bad.

No seriously, I don't think she is interested in Iruka. There's no scene where they appear together. If there is some one whom Iruka might love ,I think it would be Ayame ,the ramen's shop owner's daughter .

Oh, I like Kakashi, ( he is honorable and loyal, after all) however, he's overrated, arrogant, and self-confidant. Like I said, most people have that he is the one Naruto runs over to when anything goes wrong. Waaay overrated, and I get easily frustrated with his lack of common sense despite his gift of high intelligence. And his fangirls don't help in the least >_<.

I wish Kakashi were ugly without a mask, then only the people who really get what matters in a character would be his fangirl. WhyMustIWrite is one of the few people who doesn't make him out to be a perfect person and not handsome to boot. (She's also the one who wrote that story he stole the spotlight in, Cataclysm)

Why Ayame? She's only 19, he's 26, and they don't appear together either (I haven't seen all the filler so I don't know if they do in the filler arcs but filler doesn't count anyway) Iruka does have a life outside his very few appearances in the manga. He doesn't even have a fight scene! (well, he began to have one but Kakashi stole it.) I see the connection between them because before Orochi left her, Anko idolized him and when he abandoned her I'm sure it was like losing everything to her. Iruka knows her pain, having lost his parents, and he can empathize with her. They are alike enough to understand each other, but different enough to make a good team.

Ayame's a civilian, she can't understand aspects of a shinobi's life, can't understand the pain and horror ninja go through. I can see Iruka with her, but I don't really see why they'd be interested in each other beyond the standard crush on Ayame's part.

I admit, it took me a while to warm up to this pairing. As in, I resisted my sister's influence for like a month before giving in, lol.

Anyway, I'm just as happy with Iruka single. He doesn't need a girl to complete him, XD

I must say that I like Kakashi too. I did hated him once when he yelled at Iruka before the first chunin exam saying that team 7 are now his subordinates and not Iruka's students anymore ..and I disliked him for choosing Sasuke instead of Naruto to mentor him ..But that's all.

I have a friend who is fond of Kakashi .We always joke that we would go in a double date with our heroes

I checked her profile and read her 'insight' fan fiction. It was awesome as you said. She said nice things about you too and she mentioned that you are writing your own Iruka fan fiction too.

Ummm.. 7 years are not that much. and there's an adage says "the shortest way to a man's heart goes through his stomach"

I don't think that there's any thing wrong with her being a civilian. Iruka is not that kind of a 'fighter ninja' like Kakashi . His job as a teacher makes him more 'civilian' in some way or another.

Plus ,They don't have to appear together in order for me to pair them .

the reason why I don't prefer Anko as an Iruka-lover is that she's kind of a tomboy and a stubborn kunoichi . Iruka is more gentle and I don't think that he'll be able to handle her 'wildness'

But in the end ..I totally agree with what you said "I'm just as happy with Iruka single. He doesn't need a girl to complete him, XD" .It gives more room for my fantasies with him

He was too arrogant for me (Kakashi). Then Zabuza trapped him in the water prison and I decided he couldn't be too bad if he could mess up so badly. Kakashi may be a genius, but he severely lacks common sense.

Iruka's not an average man. He probably skips meals to get all his paperwork done, lol He is still a shinobi and probably closely involved in the war going on, as well as running C and B ranked missions. Just because he teaches doesn't mean he doesn't run missions. It isn't really fair of a ninja to marry a civilian- what if the ninja dies? The civilian would lose more than three-quarters of income.

Iruka tamed Naruto, and Naruto and Anko have similar natures.

True, and we aren't here to argue over pairings. lol,
