I did it.Finally I finished it after a lot of time and effort
..My best piece.
This is my entry for Group Mascot contest. [link]
This is Lilo (Arabic word means: pearl) She's a pirate.
But not a regular one…She lives on a flying ship.
Yes!!..Her ship has wings ^^
It was inspired by this deviation named:
Flight of Dreams
I'm so happy with how the eyes turned out… She seems really good !!
I know I made a mistake..but I'm not going to tell you where..Hoping that you might not notice it

A colourful piece indeed! The colours to this piece is gorgeous, especially the shadows, but I also think you could strengthen that aspect a bit more to become a much more better artist in that area. Shadows are usually straight on solid. To see this, take a solid item or so and place in front of a lamp's lighting or go out on a sunny day and just simply look for shadows of numerous items you see in the outdoors. You will see this effect. They're not as blurred as they seem. You got the idea or concept of it perfectly, just sharpen it.
Now as for the marvelous character, she has such a unique pose. The proportion is impressive, especially the height and limbs of the beautiful lady. You covered that part wonderfully. However, I think you can improve the hands. You drew them correctly, but they can be a bit more larger in respect to her arm or specifically the lower arm. The length of the hand (from the tip of the middle finger to wrist) is approximately half of your lower arms length (wrist to elbow). To see this, take one of your hands and place it on top of lower arm and compare. You will see this much better. I guarantee, that will surely aid your knowledge about the hands and arms proportion.
As for the facial features, they are mostly the hardest to accomplish. I love the style of the eyes, mouth, nose and everything that is drawn on her, but they can be arranged just slightly to give the realistic feel. This is hard to explain in words so I will draw and give you an visual to see where you can improve and buffer your skills. Click the link --> [link]
I hope these help you. The details of your art is far more higher than a beginner. I am looking forward to your future artwork. If you need any help, just ask. Your style is unique like many artist. Remember, styles does not always have to be restricted to proportion but most of them still should be there for its accurateness and the realistic feel. (That wasn't quite said right, but I hope you get what I mean.) You got most of the proportion! Just keep up the amazing work and learn learn learn! Researching is the best if you want to improve, or better yet, take a mirror and compare your body parts. It may sound weird, but it truly help. I do it a lot, and it works.

I tried to make the hands looks like they're away from as...like if she was stretching them to her sides.But that was too difficult to achieve.
