Contest entry for ChaoticEchoes 500 watcher contest. As soon as I saw the moodboard I scrapped my drawing plans for the day because this was it for me.

I used the base from my autumn dragons because I'm kinda obsessed with their funny cormorant necks, but then I threw in some inspiration from glaucus atlanticus sea slugs and of course the cyberpunk outfit.
