Personality : On the outside she acts like a very upbeat and happy person and is always very social to make herself more likely to befriend someone…however, after her status as a Doll made her attempts at friendship rejected she's a depressed and lonely person on the inside. She also has severe abandonment issues caused by constantly being kicked out of houses when people learned she was a doll. The result is that if she were to gain a friend she would initially act very clingy around any new friends or acquaintances. She also has a habit of talking to her observer, Mr. Blob, whenever she's thinking of making a decision.

She also tends to be a bit of people pleaser, and aims to say things that others want to hear, and frequently agrees with people without expressing her opinion. The only she'll ever correct or disagree someone is when she is mistaken for a boy or if she feels they're wasting food; she'll go as far as eating food other people were about to throw out, even if she's full.

Danica tends to act very childish and gets excited over things like candy or cute girly things, frequently jumping up and down and squealing. Especially if it's brightly colored, because she firmly believes that bright colors are happy, and there fore friendly, colors.

While she, like all dolls, are intelligent, she is neither creative nor responsible (especially with money). She also tends to be indecisive and forgetful.

The Past : Danica was once a normal girl: she had a two loving parents, and a good set of friends. However, around the age of 10, she felt a growing unease with herself, which was written off by her parents as puberty. At 12, her parents noticed that she had created an imaginary friend named Mr. Blob, which was odd because Danica was well adjusted and cripplingly uncreative, then they discovered that Mr. Blob was an observer, and she was a Doll.

She was kicked out of her house. For the next few weeks she tried staying at various friends houses, however, eventually they'd each discover that Mr. Blob was not her imaginary friend, and she'd be thrown out. After a while, the whole town knew. When she overheard two strangers discussing killing her, she panicked and took a bus out of town with only some candy bars, a handful of crumpled bills, and some mementos packed in a drawstring backpack.

The Present : She got off the bus at a major city and began a life of using her heightened senses for pickpocketing, and initially failed a lot. Eventually, she was put in an orphanage at the age of thirteen. Where she repeated the same cycle she had at home: adjusted, made friends, was thrown into the streets when people realized she was a Doll. Around this time Danica started to become lonely and depressed inside and redoubled her attempts to make friends in another new city.

In each new city she tried in vain to conceal Mr. Blob in her bag and get jobs and friends. She never had enough money because sooner or later, Mr. Blob would get tired of the bag and ooze out, disturbing everyone and forcing her to leave town with most of her new friends becoming her enemies. Between working low wage jobs, running from people who hated Dolls, financial irresponsibility, and frequently paying for bus tickets, Danica did not have enough money to buy the food she needed to grow healthily, stunting her growth. After a while, people started catching on and sending warnings on local buses about a wandering doll, so sometimes she was greeted by a mob in a new city. In an attempt to disguise herself a little, she cut off and sold most of her hair.

In one of these cities, she ran into Dominique. The two had both run into trouble from humans, and when they escaped, Dominique insisted that the two of them join up, and she eagerly excepted, glad to have made one friend.

(oh gosh I hope the fact that I used two different media and couldn't make the colors consistent won't hurt our chances. If it helps, her hoody and shorts are bright yellow, her shirt and socks are turquoise, her belt and gloves are purple, her shoes are white with a mix of the above colors, her hair is dark brown, and her skin is a tannish light brown color).
