No location for Nella's hatching yet. I'm trying to figure out where would be the best place for her, which is hard, given that the only locations that get fleshed out are ones used for the plot so far.

Team dynamic: Poppins and Nella work well together during missions, but are prone to bickering. Nella enjoys chipping away at Poppins' ego, even though she envies his self-confidence. The two refuse to tell each other about their deepest fears.

Name: Poppins
Approximate Age: Adolescent
Personality: Poppins wants to be a hero like Chill, and because he's a decent fighter, he thinks he's already half way there. As a result, he tends to not completely think things through, and assumes his first impulse is his best. After some recent near disasters on missions, he's begun to rethink this and whether or not he's capable. He's also lost a lot of his swagger, although will still fake if from time to time for Nella.
During missions: Poppins likes to be in the spotlight during missions, to become a hero as well as keep Nella from getting any more life threatening injuries. He's a skilled fighter and likes to go on an all out offensive in battle.
Skills: Combat, swimming, can stand cold weather, moving fast with Aqua Jet, and won't give up.
Things he can't do: think before moving, handle adverse situations, stop bragging, stop feeling guilty about Mission 4.

Name: Nella
Any differences in appearance: scar on left front leg from a Sneasel.
Approximate Age: Young Adult
Personality: Nella is an upbeat girl and is an optimist. However, she has several issues with her past that she can't put behind her, resulting in self-esteem issues as well as a fear of her move Dark Pulse. Nella tries to compensate for this by giving it her all in missions and to help others. At times, Nella can be a bit sarcastic, and feels that it’s her duty as Poppins’s partner to keep his ego at a manageable level.
During missions: Nella tends to try and restrain Poppins's impulsiveness, however in battle she tends to be the more reckless of the pair, to the point where she is willing to throw herself into the path of attacks. Attack wise she relies mainly on Flamethrower, and is trying to adjust to the fact that with her leg injured, she can't rely on her speed like she used to.
Skills: manipulating fire, willing to take attacks for others, ranged combat
Things she can't do: Move effectively on her bad leg, Dark Pulse, maintain her self esteem, and share everything with Poppins.

Arc 1: Event 3 Mission 4 Event 4 Mission 5
Poppins and Nella are sent by Chill to gather ingredients to make a medicine. Nella gets sick, but tries to hold off a group of Sneasels on her own anyway and gets a deep cut on her leg and other injuries. Poppins evolves to go to Snowy Village with Chill. He panics when he realizes that his father is brainwashed resulting in Nella getting captured. At the party, they give gifts as a way of saying thank you to the other Pokemon who bailed them out of trouble during Event 3 and Mission 4. Mission 5 the team witnesses the destruction of the Rescuer's tree house. While Poppins wants to fight Sorbet, Nella talks him into helping evacuate the ranch with Mike and Sandy. The two gain a confidence boost when they complete the mission with relatively few injuries.
