A random and relatively new dragon species based off of the Axolotl. Friend suggested color pattern and showed off a chimera Axolotl, so that's how this one is colored.Electric/Ice element alignment. Nothing overly insightful here, they're a new breed. All I can say for sure is that they're huge n live in the ocean
