Description
A type of sweet cake/snacks, usually in the Asian countries, and they're most likely be slightly different in every country.This one is based on Indonesian style, and in Indonesian it's called "Klanting".
It's made of glutinous rice flour. It's very similar to mochi texture.
This one is covered in shredded coconut.
