Glutinous rice flour... shredded coconut toppings..usually, the fillings are 'Gula Jawa' aka Palm sugar (though I find palm sugar doesn't taste quite the same as 'gula jawa'.. I prefer gula jawa.. hahaha)
I think uhm, almost all asians would know this, but this one is from Indonesia.
