I took this picture of a dragonfly with my new semi-pro camera in my backyard. I was looking for things to photograph and it stopped right in front of my face and just sat there! How perfect, it's a model!

I've been planning on entering this contest all month long, but was so worried about finding the right shot. I came up with many potential photographs, but I wanted to make sure I used the best one. Sorry everything is in last minute, but I was feared I wouldn't come up with anything good enough to enter with at all...
