-------------------------------------------
Group: Miraculous-Holders

Name: An Himura
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Sexuality: An isn’t exactly one for labels, she just prefers people who are kind and have a good aura
Height: 5’ 6”
Team: Asia [Chongqing, China]

Alias: Miss-Fortune
Motivation: Protect the good, Punish the evil, no matter their “side”; uphold the miraculous’ intention for justice rather than hero over villain
Miraculous Pair: Unknown as of Yet (If anyone wants to,,, do this w/ Miss-Fortune, hmu,,,)
Typical Heroism: Miss-Fortune is a fairly sporadic hero who may fight on the front lines, from the side-lines, or in back-alleys, all depending on where she herself feels needed most rather than where others say she should be.
Hero Theme: A hero with surprisingly dark attire, Miss-Fortune’s design has a darker/scarier design offsetting her more heroine persona
Kwami Type: Okari-Inu
Miraculous: Pendant - When transformed, the pendant gains five slash-like markings on the jeweled pendant marking the timer (when the timer goes down, each marking disappears)
Tool: Ball Thrower + Smoke Bombs (Burst into foul-smelling powder upon contact with target)
Special Ability: Hell-Bound

  • This ability allows the holder to attack or hold a target’s shadow to either cause harm to or hold the target respectively

  • The harm does not show itself physically, but merely presents itself as pain

  • The holding of a target doesn't show itself physically either, it's more so as if an invisible force was holding onto them

  • Miss-Fortune can only do this to one person per transformation

Personality:
As An Himura - An Himura is a bright and happy-go-lucky young lady who bounces around on her main focus. She tries her best to be serious and listen well, but sometimes she just can't keep herself honed in. She can also go into states of wanting to be alone, unbothered by anything and left to her own thoughts.
As Miss-Fortune - Miss-Fortune shows almost no emotion at all times, appearing almost statue-like except for their movement. Despite this, she appears to care a great deal for others. Its often a surprise when she acts gently while dealing with children, scared individuals, or pets.
Background:
Born into a fairly well-off family who was well-known for their philanthropy and sharing their resources with their neighbors. An was the dear daughter of the Himura family, a prized little pearl that her family and neighbors adored. Up until the start of secondary school, her life was sweet and perfect.
Near the start of secondary school, she began experiencing odd changes. Strange mood-swings and anxious tics (skin picking, hair tugging, nail-biting). Her parents took her to multiple doctors and psychiatrists to figure out what was wrong, until she was finally screened...for bipolar disorder. The moment her parents heard this, they couldn't believe it, no, they wouldn't believe it. When the evidence was prevalent however, they began treating An differently...
They no longer treated her as their precious daughter, but as a nuisance they had to medicate and hush to keep their perfect record. They barely even called her by her name anymore, except in public but again, only to save face. This messed with An, even more so over time, and by the second half of her secondary schooling, she became selectively mute, only talking when she absolutely had to. In the end, she never really blamed her family, however. Least not completely.
As soon as she turned 18 and graduated secondary school, she moved out and managed to accrue enough favors to get a cramped dwelling to spend her broken days. After managing to get a job and get on her feet, she sought out more psychological help, eventually beginning therapy. With the help of her therapist, she began coming out of her shell and exploring her own interests. This aid helped her finally realize something, what she wanted to be, and began working towards being able to afford college.
A few years later, after going into college for a degree in psychology, she came across the Okuri-Inu miraculous when she stopped by a traveling merchant who told a frightful story that came with the strange charm. Not really believing the strange man, An bought the pendant anyway, releasing Feer after putting it on later that evening. Feer rather halfheartedly gave An information about the miraculous and kwamis, and to his surprise, An was excited to go and help people with it, and took on the role of Miss-Fortune with pride and gusto.

Kwami Name: Feer
Kwami's Food: Candied Yams
Brief Kwami/Miraculous History:
Born into existence as the kwami of neutrality, of not exactly taking sides but doing what is just and fair rather than the worldly idea of “good”, Feer’s holders usually have a bad rep despite not all of them being villainous. When Feer was first alive, he was a gentler kwami, but the years of his miraculous gaining a bad reputation for the holders’ villainy over time had turned him sour.
After the events of his last holder, a fairly vile and off-her-rocker woman, he was trapped within his miraculous for almost 40 years before the Okuri-Inu miraculous came into the possession of a traveling merchant, who then sold it off to An Himura. He was surprised by An’s willingness to become more of a heroic character, considering his more villainous past holders.
Kwami's Personality: A bitter, strong-willed kwami with a strong sense of justice. Feer doesn't often sugar-coat or sweeten anything he says, no matter whose feelings get hurt along the way. He says exactly what he thinks, believes, and/or knows to be true. Despite this, he does have a bit of a soft-spot for An due to her kindness and respect for the ways of the miraculous.

  • Born on March 21st (Aries)

  • Currently works as a waitress to help her get through her psychology degree

  • Enjoys flower/stone meanings, cryptid facts, dogs, and coffee

  • Doesn’t like cats, smart-alec scientists, people who demonize mental illness, and taking standardized tests

  • Has a rather mixed view in the eyes of the public, some claiming that she's a villain due to her scary appearance and often seen saving people with bad reputations while others claiming she's a hero due to her kindness and gentleness while saving those who can't help themselves

  • Has a huge Tibetan Mastiff named Gongzhu (which means princess)

  • Quite quiet as Miss-Fortune, having no voice and a costume fashioned to make minimal noise

  • A big believer in the idea of auras and chakras

  • Has trouble learning and comprehending new languages (even ones similar to chinese give her trouble)

  • Has a lot of house-plants crammed into her little apartment (because they supply good vibes)

  • Any conversation with her could lead to a beautiful, life-changing philosophical moment about the universe and life itself...or it could lead to a two-hour long rant about the existence of werewolves, the lochness monster, moth man, and other cryptids...no in-between

  • A surprisingly empathetic person, she’s scarily good at reading people
