her right eye is a little more orange then I had hoped for but I kind of like it....
argh I cant get over her XD
Info About her:
Name: Shadow Rain
Age: 17
Personality: Grumpy but once you get to know her she is still grumpy, but sweet. She is very very shy. She hates watching things die but yet she loves it when bad things die.
Her past:
EDIT: (yes I got it wrong from the post I made before and I'm changing it now because of that and someone said her past was too dark.)
There was a great war, Shadow Rain's mom fought in the war. Shadow Rain was very proud and when the war was over she ran into the group of ponies left standing but her mother wasn't there. One pony remembered her and brought Shadow Rain to her body. She had gotten sick from an unknown disease and died. Being with her shadow rain caught it as well but caught it early so she only suffered discoloration in her right eye. The leopard spots are sort of a tattoo thing to remind her of her mom which she got 3 years later. She lived with her dad until she got her own house. She does have lots of friends tho, it's not like shes lonely. She doesn't fly as much as RD, she likes walking rather than flying.
I'm sorry this oc is so complex -3- I can't resist the spots, so many people have them on their ocs..... Plus a bunch of people like her spots. The blue on her butt is nearly a birthmark. Cutie mark and shadow was 's idea which I had to keep because I loved it and it was from a good friend. Her future is a lot happier tho. Which I have a comic planned out but I really need to work on my drawing skills before that -.- I'm thinking about removing the shadow from her eye which I have forgotten it in countless pics but I'll see what happens.

I like your art, but I think the character needs much work. In my opinion it is just too much. Too many markings on her body. I think she would look better without the spots on her neck and a normal sized cutiemark. I like her birthmark though.
I think the backstorie is a bit too sad. Both her parents die and than she herself gets a desease. I have nothing against a sad backstorie, but it seems everyting possible is happening to her. Also I would leave out the princesses. They don't really serve purpose in the story.

Yea you do have a point and I have noticed that. When I made her I was just messing around with designs but I did come to love her. I think changing the story would be best like you said, I'm glad you responded and I'll take this into note. I just needed a back story that was sad enough to make her grumpy all the time. I was thinking of changing where he dad is still alive.
