I just had to try this pose once again...I just love the casualness of it for some reason...I imagine that they are waiting for a teammate who has been injured, maybe (but they know he is ok)? There could be lots of stories behind this pose...

It's a very challenging pose to draw. Unfortunately, he doesn't look too relaxed to me. The arm he has against the back of the chair doesn't look like it's resting on anything and rather is hanging in the air over Jun. To get a more casual look, I would lean him back and move the arm further back over the edge of the seat, then make his cape drape down rather than flare out. Hard to describe this without a sketch, but I hope it's helpful.
