She is very cute in the style you drew her in. No doubt my favorite character in Thousand Year Door as well.
Love the eyes a lot. I don't mind you adding them here, and heck, I think it adds to her Appearance overall.
Her hair stands out the most though. Her hair looks absolutely gorgeous!
