I'm really tired of seeing flaming wars in the comment section of a YouTube videos because the video's owner called Mangle a "boy".
If someone gives the slightest mentioning of an animatronic being a different "gender" than the fandom does, it's automatically flamed.
The children stuffed into the suits have genders, but that doesn't mean the robots themselves suddenly become the gender the kid was.
The character roles the animatronics play have "genders" such as Toy Chica being a little curvy and having a pink undergarment, resembling the character it plays is "female".
I just absolutely hate it when people force their beliefs of the animatronic's "genders" down another person's throat, screaming " FUCKSY IS A BOI!!!!!111one!!!!!".
It really doesn't matter, if you think Toy Bonnie is a girl, that is perfectly fine, it is your opinion, and nobody can change that.

The animatronics themselves don't have genders, but people can see them as whatever gender they please! And as long as they don't start a flame war with another person who has a different opinion, that's fine!

The characters DO, as do the suits.
BUT overall they're just programmed to have the gender.
