I think you should put mroe white in the background, kinda like clouds, or something. ...Uh, and maybe the text could, uh, I dunno, seem more windy-ish? --;; I still think it's a nice picture though.

it looks very nice except the fact that it does look very unfinnished i think you should put more shadow in the face and detail, also the fact that you have a very strong black line on the head makes it look flat and takes the focus away fromthe beautiful shading on the hair... ok i should really stop now...
