Some classwork. Project was about film, where we had to pick out a movie and redesign a certain aspect of it. I picked to redesign Vader a bit, in sort of a two-part turnaround. This is pre-Episode IV to Episode IV, right after becoming toast on Mustafar and a bit after. I didn't like how they jumped him right into the suit, I felt like what if he was just held together by sheer force of will.
Second turnaround will be Episodes V-VI, a bit more cleaned up and more armored. Whenever that's done...

Very good design, I was waiting that someone draw him this way, to me his burned fresh is even more scary than his dark suit and his ominous breathing.
