I'm using random.org. In order to successfully catch the pokemon, it needs to land on a number between 1 and 25. :3

This is from a long standing D&D player. I have yet to see a RNG turn up turn up a value of 27. But Somehow - I can't help but doubt that you'll even have aforementioned dice - but it's just a suggestion
