Description
Now that partners have been found, it’s time to try and secure a breeding slot.Breeding Seasons always open on the first Saturday of the month at 13:00 Mountain Time. Check the Springs Calendar for each species season.
- Forms posted before this time will not be allowed; please make sure that you have the correct time.
- If you post a form before the season opens, you must wait an hour before you may try to post that form again.
One breeder will be responsible for posting the initial form below. This detail should be discussed prior to opening.
The other breeder will then have 24 hours to comment on the form, saying that they approve of this breeding. Make sure that your message is clear; ambiguity will not help you.

His self-esteem issues would make him a little hesitant, but being with Kohu has gone a long way to making him more confident, so I think he would be willing, if it was something Kohu really wanted. C=

I think it's more that Kohu really wants to have a family with Syhon, but he also wouldn't want him to be uncomfortable. He suggested that they look for a suitable xare they both would like together, and said he's willing to either let Kohu mate with her or if he's not confident enough that he would be willing to as well, with the knowledge that she is a surrogate and that that doesn't mean Kohu and Syhon don't love each other. She is the birth mother of the baby but Kohu and Syhon are the baby's parents, and will be the one to raise it. If Syhon is still uncomfortable with that idea he understands and wouldn't sacrifice his comfort levels for a baby that doesn't exist.

Syhon really wants a family with Kohu, as well, and it would get him past his unease about it all. If they can find a xare that's willing, perhaps one not interested in being a mother but willing to help them out, then he'll go for it. C=

You established that rule back in the 2015 March season
where a few breedings didn't go through or were rearranged because of the addition of a user who didn't own one of the parents being bred
here , here , and here
and when asked about it you referred to an Update which im guessing was one of the Update journals that you filter info in and out of so i don't think there's still that information around, but dera did basically say what I was saying.
But in the breeding journal it says:
Charity/Gift Slots (C/G)
As of August 2013's breeding season, there will be a new set of slots that accompanies the regular slots: Gifting Slots. These slots will be used for breedings in which the offspring will not belong to either of the breeders (the offspring owner does not own the pair being bred, regardless of who posts the form). This includes offspring that the breeders would like put up for adoption and offspring that is a gift to a different user.
- These slots will not count against anyone, even if the offspring is being gifted to someone in specific.
- However, these slots will be restricted and will not be affected by VIP Tulips.
- Following this, gift breeding or charity breeding will not be allowed in the normal slots.
- There will always be three C/G slots in every regular season.
I'm sorry if any of this comes off as rude or whiny, I'm really not trying to be either and I don't want to come off like im only pointing this out because of my breeding. I just wanted to give a point of reference as to what I was talking about and I don't mean any ill intent by it. I'm also fully aware that as time passes rules can easily change and shift to allow or disallow anything you deem fit, you are the agency owner after all. <3

I think I understand your confusion. However, because the breeding is using a Charity Double Up, the breeder is taking the initial offspring, which makes the form invalid to qualify for the Charity/Gift Slots - they could chose to drop the CDU and it would remain in the regular slots.
I went back through my updates archive and the update that referred to the introduction of the C/G slots has the same text that you posted.
I also went through the previous breeding forms, and the last use of the CDU was in Sept 2015, where it also fell under the regular slots.
I will clarify the use of the CDU on the item's deviation, and I will try to be more consistent regarding the C/G Slots in the future.

Ahh, yes that does make more sense, I considered if it had to do with the charity double-up. Thank you for clearing that up though.
Though I dont think the update was the actual introduction of the C/G slots. It was after the slots were established, you were just clearing things up, the update you would have made would have been in march of 2015 and it looks like charity slots were introduced in 2013
