1. Watch Lost In Austen; it's a British miniseries, and it's riotously funny.
2. Chocolate covered strawberries, some dipped in white chocolate and some dipped in dark.
3. Find yourself a worry hat. It doesn't matter what color or style it is, as long as it's a silly and adorable fuzzy hat that you can use to dispel your worries. When you wish to activate it, put it on and, at the top of your lungs, you must declare "Worry Hat engage!" Your worries will miraculously flee.

Movie: Just Like Heaven
Comfort Food: Tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich.
My recommendation: Cuddle up in a comfy place, the couch works for me, bring a couple blankets to cocoon yourself in. Eat your food, watch the movie, then read until you fall asleep. Could be a brand new book, or a book you love to read over and over.
Works for me.

1. I'm not much for chick flicks or comedies, but I could watch "White Chicks" over and over! Hehe. It's funny seeing guys dress up like girls and they don't do half bad either.
2. Ummm a good comfort food, since I have celiac disease it's hard to come up with a good one really, but I have recently bought me some peanut butter....and since I don't have bread to put it on I just eat it out of the jar. Shhh dont tell any one our little secret
3. I couldn't image how hard that would be to have someone break up with you right before Valentines Day. I just think how stupid the holiday is (I'm usually ALWAYS ALONE) But I would do something to get my mind off of him. First of all never blame yourself. It's not your fault and you can ALWAYS find someone better. You deserve better than that, who in their right mind would break up right before valentines day and with such a beauty afterall? I have a long chat with a close friend of mine and they usually always help. Then I bunker down and watch some good horror movies! As I said, not much for comedy . It will get better sweetie It just takes time.

1. I have a soft spot for Beastly because it's a modern day Beauty and the Beast ( my favorite cartoon movie)
2. When I'm having a bad day, Ben and Jerry's "Anything But the..." hits the spot
3. Hugs from someone you're close to solve everything

1. I always used the tv show "Friends" when I was down and lonely. Otherwise, try Johnny Dangerously. It's funny and has some love stories but doesn't really flaunt them.
2. Instead of food, what about a good drink? When I'm depressed, I go for Cherry Coke but if you really like sweets, add some ice cream and make it a float!
3. My method isn't the healthiest from a mental standpoint but it works for me. Think of all the guy's faults and exaggerate them in your mind. Bad-mouth him (in private or with a close friend), find a movie to laugh at, and just distract yourself. Distractions can really help push the pain away.
But I can tell-You're not the type to let some foolish guy bring you down! You're better than that! Get out there and show him how foolish he was to let a gem like you go!

1. 50 first Dates (I myself love that movie and it makes me crack up every time)
2. Baskin Robbins Cotton Candy Ice cream and some Peaches and Cream
3. Get the Girls over and have a complete makeover as you watch the movie and snack on your comfort foods. When your done go downtown for some partying and some Karaoke (don't forget to sing Heartbreaker by Pat Benatar ) the men will be drooling over you, that's when we leave the scene and hit the next place. Once we are so tired that we can't stand we go home and make breakfast for Dinner consisting of piles of French toast covered with powdered sugar with lots of Bacon and sausage.

1. Disney: Lady and the Tramp. Or Eragon ^^ fighting movies cheer me up.
2. Comfort food: well i'd fry up your favorite snack food (maybe like perogies?) make yourself a smoothie, and then make cookies ^^ doesnt mean you have to eat the cookies; eat some put the rest away.
3. I like to clean then go out with a friend and be really loud I love to sing randomly ^^ do what you liked to do, before hand, have coffee with friends, and then when your too tired to do anything, sleep, if you dont want to cry have a sleepover with friends, if you need a little bit of a cry, fall asleep with tears in your eyes.

1. Hmmm a good comedy. Watch Seasons of Two and a Half Men. I not a big chick flick fan, so I gonna say watch Disney movies! Disney makes it all better.
2. Comfort Food: I like making pasta. I am with Lizzie. Starchy and warm are what you need, not sweet and sugary. Go for some hot chicken noodle soup or make some mashed potatoes with cheese and dill dip in them. Yum yum
3. Don't stay inside and mope. Times are rough, and take some time to recover, but don't hold it in. Do some chores to vent your sadness, and then go out and do something. Get out and enjoy life. Hang with some friends, have a karaoke party or a retro game night. Friends and family are the best things to help you through breakups. Just remember if you stay sad, and dwell on the past, you could miss some handsome Flera at the coffee shop or arcade. Keep smiling hun.

1. The Devil Wears Prada - I can never get tired of it, it has some great funny scenes - and when you're down you need to laugh - and in the end the female main character learns how to recognize real friends, what things really matter, and possibly real love. So you sort of feel good when the movie ends.
2. Nutella: [link] nothing can beat Nutella XD
3. have some friends stay with her, comedies are funnier if you watch them with someone rather than alone; have a pillow fight with them after the movie, because it's a good way to vent your frustrations.

Claim: La Douleur Exquise
"The heart-wrenching pain of wanting someone you canβt have.
When I came across this word I thought of βunrequitedβ love. Itβs not quite the same, though. βUnrequited loveβ describes a relationship state, but not a state of mind. Unrequited love encompasses the lover who isnβt reciprocating, as well as the lover who desires. La douleur exquise gets at the emotional heartache, specifically, of being the one whose love is unreciprocated." It's French. Found it on tumblr, as one of the hardest things to translate regarding love.
1. Miss Congeniality
2. While most people suggest things like Chocolate or icecream, I find that creamy starchy foods like thick soups and mashed potatoes help best for comfort foods, since they make you nice and warm inside, which results in happiness
3. I have two methods that I use, but I'll go with the second since I'm not sure how much of a poet this little girl is! What I would suggest doing is crying it all out with something. Whether that someone is a close real life friend, internet friend, stuffed animal, or blanket, they are all quite effective. Then, you might not feel HAPPIER per se, but you will definitely feel less sad, since it helps getting out the negative feelings. Then you go watch the movie or eat some of the comfort food, and you'll be well on the road to recovery <3
