(I basically kept the story the same but I changed it to fit him instead of the other one. Here you go. His name is Soldier.)
At one time, there was a family of Avis who were numbered so many, one might get lost in them. One of the family members was a mother who had a son that not everyone would accept. Even their family couldn't stand the sight of him, for they knew this young creature was a male, yet..it was pink. Pink and yellow and much too feminine.
They didn't have much, and they lived in a small home, but they were comfortable. When the little boy Avis was still young, his mother provided him with many toys and fun games to play, but she would never let him outside. She wanted to protect her son from the cruelties of the world, because she knew that he would be made fun of. He didn't seem to mind it as a child, and every night she would tell him stories of great castles and dragons and magical beings. He was fascinated with these stories. Every night, when she had finished telling the story of the night, she would place his toy bow and arrow on his beside table, and kiss him, whispering, "Sweet dreams, my brave little Soldier."
As he grew, this continued, but when he became a teenager, something in him changed. It wasn't bad, and his mother didn't even know anything was going on in his mind. One night he was in his room, simply thinking and looking out his one window at the starry sky. His mother walked in on him, but he didn't move. "Mother..." he said slowly. "..W-Why..can't I ever go outside? What's wrong with me..? I know you and Daddy talked about it once, and you told him that you had..to protect me..I heard you.."
She sighed, and sat down with her now teenage boy, and tried to explain. "You...well honey..you're just..different. And people don't understand those who are different. In fact, difference is often feared. It shouldn't be, but..it is."
"I'm not..that different am I?" he asked.
She once again sighed. "My brave little Soldier, you're the colors of a female.. Males aren't typically feminine pinks and yellows. They are more masculine colors. Blues, reds, and even shades of gray and black. None of which describe you."
He looked down at the ground with a frustrated glare. "Well if they can't learn to accept me that's their own fault! Did you know in the 1800s pink was the male color? And blue was the female color! It's true! I read it in a book once.."
This piece of information his mother did not know..however. "It doesn't matter that pink WAS the male color..the fact is..today it is not. And you won't be accepted by others because of it."
"And..because I like other males..I..don't like females.." he muttered. He had confessed this to his mom long ago, but he didn't know what to make of it, and she told him it wasn't considered normal in society, and that it wasn't acceptable, but that it didn't matter to her because she would always love him.
He picked up his head with a determined glare. "Well it doesn't matter! I'll find a boy who loves me and he won't care that I'm pink! And he'll love me for me, nothing else! If the others can't accept me for who I am, they're close-minded and mean and they can back off and not talk to me if they don't want because I won't wanna talk to them either! Besides..what should it matter what they think as long as I'm happy? If I'm happy, and I love myself, it doesn't matter what others think of me.." And inside him he knew his mother would always love him too.
And she did. She was proud of him, and the speech he gave influenced her to let him go outside for the very first time the next day. Others laughed and jeered like she had warned, but he didn't care. It was their own fault. He was nice to everyone he met, no matter how they treated him. He smiled, and waved, and created friendly conversation. He didn't notice his mother disappear into one of the shops as they walked, and he simply kept going, loving the feeling of being outside. She slipped back before he could notice that she was ever gone, and that night, they went home, and he was happier than ever.
When he went up to his room, he noticed something on his bed. It had a ribbon on it, with a small note. He walked over to it, noticing it was a small golden arrow on a black necklace string. There were also two small tail rings next to it, also gold in color. He unwrapped the ribbon, and picked up the note.
"Honey, I am so proud of you. You are so mature for your age and so nice to everyone, and you don't let others get you down. Your pink coloration and your markings of hearts prove you to be a Soldier of Love to all those around you. You emanate happiness and light. Wear this whenever you feel alone, or whenever you simply feel like it, because to me, you truly are a brave little soldier."
-Mom
Tears escaped his eyes and he put on the necklace. It looked just like the arrows from his bow and arrow set he had had as a child, but it was made of real, pure gold, not just a toy. Even when he grew up and left his home to find his own, he never removed the arrow and tail rings from his mother.
He became well-loved and respected, and he was always kind to everyone. He was soon known as "The Soldier of Love." Humble and kind, beautiful and graceful. Fighting the never-ending war of love.

two things, yes I read his whole story, and I am sorry that you are going through hard times (I read your journals), and I would like to say, everything WILL get better, its the natural flow of time and life. I have experienced it myself, especially here lately.

His story is very well written, and I wish I had a male to pair with him! Unfortunately all the males I have at the moment are all good with females. Though I know my disaster remembrance feral (Hope) would love him as much as his mother does!
Hope you can find someone for him~

Thank you so much. Maybe he and Hope could be friends! He could use the support, I'm sure. If you get a male that you think would love Soldier let me know <3
