Quan chirps and directs my attention to a rustling patch of grass. A pale blue head pokes hesitantly out. I hold out the back of my hand to the hesitant Ikid and she creeps closer. "You're a pretty little one" I whisper soothingly. Realizing there's no danger she stands and trots the rest of the way over head tilted questionably. Grinning I dig around in my backpack and find some apple pieces which she eagerly takes and swallows. Walking away the little Ikid follows. Ok well if you want to come with us I'll need to call you something. How about Ceri. Short for Cerulean since that's a bit of a mouthful. The four of us head back to the shelter.

Precious little cloud babbu!

Also I kinda imagine the Ikid popping its head outta the grass with the same ear tilt thing that Simba does in the Lion King, except Simba was ducking down into the grass instead of popping his head out of it.
