Do they affect Rifkim-Knop breedings the same way the effect regular Rifkim breedings or no?

That hasn't really been explored, but I would be more inclined to say no, as the nature of a hybrid breeding is more chemically engineered than it is socially engineered.

And yes, he is bonded to Varrdain unless Varrdain (or you) decide to pass him to an offspring. With the mini there is a higher chance of twins (shhh don't tell anyone). The more minis a rifkim has, the higher the chance.

I don't know about everyone else, but I love when the Springs gets flooded with pets <3 especially these kind where the owners were just blind-sided and you get to stalk around to read people's keyboard smashes and coo's.
