They are ingrained with a knowledge about Common American Holidays, such as Christmas, Easter and New Years, however they themselves don't actually know what to do on these days, unless directly told. And given their abandonment, they really don't have that anymore, so on these days they just kind of stand around, thinking and trying to figure out how to prepare for the day! This behavior is the only one to override their other behaviors, so they are completely docile in this state of confusion, even during the night, and they won't acknowledge any Non-Disney Employees' existence
