Description

Chi-Chi is a fiesty and friendly sukankinu. She has a pretty big stomach and loooves to eat. She can't possibly stay happy if she doesn't have a snack about every 30 minutes. Chi-Chi also doesn't mind being carried in a handbag. Or being pampered like a fancy little pooch. She just wants to be recognized for being cute, and doing whatever makes her owner smile. She was once wandering the streets, searching for clean, safe food to eat, until her owner found her on one lucky walk home from school and took her in. She was hidden from her owner's parents for a while, but they eventually found out about her. They luckily allowed her to be kept, though. She's still extremely grateful for that, along with having been able to get a home anyways, and can't bring herself to tolerate those rich, spoiled, snobby pedigree dogs who never seem to appreciate any of the things that they have.

Sukankinus are hybrids of a skunk and a dog. They never age, so they stay in the puppy/kit stage their entire lives. Their behaviour mostly resembles a dog's.

They have big, fluffy, skunky tails, which don't wag, but they can do some pretty cute stuff with them. They also have round ears, which are although larger and at the top of their heads as a dog's would be. They also move like doggy ears and one is often flopped over. They don't speak human language, but instead bark, woof, yip, and make other puppy sounds. They can very easily understand most parts of it, though. Some sukankinus are heterochromatic in eye color.

Sukankinus always have floating scents, which are also spirits, above their tails, which express their emotions by not only giving either a positive, neutral, or negative smell, but making another face expressing how the sukankinu feels and even speaking what's on the sukankinu's mind, since the sukankinu cannot speak any human language itself. A female sukankinu's scent spirit will have a feminine voice when it decides to talk using it, and a male's will have a masculine voice when he does the same.

Instead of spraying, sukankinus defend themselves by turning their scent spirits into dark, scary, and vicous monster-like scent spirits, that can kill if they are endangered enough. Thinking about messing with a sukankinu now??? But no need to worry, they won't do this as long as you don't attempt to harm them. And they'll growl, or sometimes stomp their paws, as a warning, beforehand.

About their diets, despite both skunks and dogs being omnivorous, they're mostly herbivorous. They mainly consume fruits and veggies, and they especially love turnips!!! They cannot eat many human foods whatsoever. I'd rather not say what would happen if they did, but it's veeery bad...

And yep, I went all anime, weeaboo, and japanese on you guys. Cause' guess what?! I think I'm gonna make a web-manga...thingy and chichi and other members of this species will be in it. The main character is gonna be a human, that's right, a human, and ChiChi's gonna be her pet!!! This doesn't mean that it will be a " cute " manga, though, I want it to have some pretty deep parts actually. I've gotta start practicing with humans, and this'll be where I begin, I guess???
