Ooh! You should have 3 Gardens, Dark Garden, Neutral Garden, and Hero Garden. In Hero Garden, have a pool that Chao can swim in. Also, if its not EXACTLY like the Chao Garden on Gameboy, add fruit trees.

I'm still working on it, and soon I will be getting advice from a professional flash programmer on how to organize my scripts. Oh, and if you have any ideas for mini games to train the chao's stats I welcome any and all suggestions.

hmmm well like a small training area would be fun, and things like a sprinting track, and you'd press two or three buttons, like 1-2-3,1-2-3,1-2-3 over and over again, and the quicker you do it, the faster and further he goes, and the better his stat gain is... like you have a 10 second time limit or something, and that would up your speed
and for strength, it would be like a punching bag or something, and random keys would pop up on the screen, and you have to hit the corresponding one. same thing as before, the more you get in ten seconds, the better stat increase for strength you get
and youve got to have the daycare to learn new stuff 
oh and a mute button... and seeds... and when you train, you should get rings for a good preformance, so you can buy stuff.... like books... which would make the lickle chao happy, and affect their good/evil looks... like a murder story would make him evil... stuff like that...
