HUUUUUUUUUGE SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHThis absolutely sucks :I It's horrible. The shading looks.. disgusting. IF YOU CRITIQUE I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER [especially on the shading]

FFF.. I'm not going to lie, when I saw this in my inbox I didn't recognize it as yours at first.. BIG style change, good for you for experimenting! And also referencing, that is crucial if you want something to have good anatomy. I love seeing your style evolve, it is very interesting to see the directions that you take it in.

Vision- 4 stars
Like I said, BIG style leap, and that is a good thing. I love the detail that you put into the fur, and the pose is quite nice. However, while I normally adore your lineart, I don't feel that it works very well with the detail that you put into the fur, it kind of draws the attention away from that. I would make the lines thinner, and color them dark grey instead of black, so they aren't so obvious.
Originality- 3 stars
I didn't want to make this so low, but there's not much to be said here. It's a wolf sitting, not facing you. I think that If you had done a simple bg with some textures or something it could have improved this greatly, rather than just a plain, grey background.
Technique- 3.5 stars
Like I said (like 3 times now..) WONDERFUL job with detail. I like the pose that you used, it's simple, but gets the point across (but like I said above, I do think that the pic as a whole could use a bit more.) Anatomy-wise, I think the body could overall be longer, and you could show more variance in the fur length, fr example, wolves have the longest hairs right between their shoulders. Also, the nose seems a little off, position wise, makes her whole snout seem like it's coming out of the side of her face.
Impact- 4.5 stars.
My initial thought seeing this was, "wow, this is amazing!" I would not have the patience to deal with all that fur, and yet you pulled it off. And, though you can't see much of her face, her posture shows her emotion very well, that brooding, almost hopeless feel.
Overall, I really like this picture, and I love how quickly your style is improving and developing, I can't wait to see more of your art. Good work!
