Description And So I Stand.

Standing silently on the shore,
Behind me, my life, behind that door.
But as I gaze out to sea,
I wonder about life, and what could be.

The deep blue, that vast world,
Where you can hide,
And where many have died.

It’s so very mystical, out there
So very different than up here.
Here on this polluted plateau,
This patch of secluded shore.

Inside my home there’s people,
But those people,
They do not care about this perfect sea.
This perfect, infinite heaven to be.

This patch of secluded shore.'<------- I really like these two lines, add depth to poem. nice job! : )
