I was taking a stroll down memory lane today. When I was a girl, I spent a lot of time at the library writing silly stories about my recolor sibling character, Trixie Prower. It was a passion for a very long time, I had so much fun, I think I even wrote 15 huge stories about her. It was a fun way for me to learn how to write, they were admittedly pretty lame. XD

But the thought of my friends reading them made me smile.

I left DeviantART at a difficult time in my life, there were some growing pains for sure. I gravitated more towards Dungeons and Dragons, where I still get to write silly stories with my friends as The Dungeon Master. But I never would have had the guts to try anything creative if it weren't for the uplifting messages and kindness of my friends here who encouraged me.

Now I'm a mom of 2, almost 33 years old. Crazy how fast the time goes. But I'll always look back fondly, as I keep moving forward. Now, my son gets to play with all my Sonic plushies, and watch my Sonic X DVDS, and you know what, that's pretty awesome too.
