edit:I added the transparency in his fins, the fins on his arms and the glowing option.

I had the lineart sketched up days ago, but I've been trying different color schemes and markings over and over again.
I finally decided to just go with something simple, originally he was red/orange with lime green, but it looked too fruity. :>
