I am a guest artist over at Hoodle-Workshop and I wanted to make a design, they're quite relaxing to do and theyre very fun to design!
This lil technological guy is an OTA! By that I mean Offer to Adopt
Winner will get the full HQ version of the image without the 'OTA' phrase and rights to the design

This hoodle will often collect cables, circuits and chains to collect them and store them in their stashes.

✚Their ''scarves'' are plush like that form massive claws
✚The intertwined cables are also a scarf, each cable works like a finger
✚All the markings over the plush claws glow
✚Their outfit is composed of their hood, a knitted sweater and a coat
✚Their eyes have pink reflections
