I've been working on this comic for I dunno how long lol. Drawing after drawing after drawing for the last few years but I only ever drew one finished page of the first issue before I scrapped the whole thing and started from scratch.But I intend to get it off the ground! And so for the first time here's a line up of the cast. Not the whole cast but just the Freedom Fighter side of the cast. Most probably won't need explaining about who they are but for the unaware and the unsure:
(From left to right)
Charles "Chuck" the Hedgehog, Sally Acorn, Amy Rose, Sonic the Hedgehog, Miles "Tails" Prower, Johnny Lightfoot, Bunnie "Funbun" the Rabbit, Ray "Short" the Squirrel
But ya, sketched this today and wrote the first issue. Probably won't colour it or anything. Wait for a proper promo pic or something. Once this is going strong I'll probably make a website for it, been thinking of buying some webspace.

From what I remember envisioning, squirrels were employed in Freedom Fighter groups as intelligence officers, and they would all network together to keep each other in the loop.
So Ray here would likely be messaging another squirrel or typing up some intelligence report...or possibly goofing off.

Sonic, Tails and Sally still refuse to go along with their trousered companions. Sally does seen to have a shirt on underneath her vest tho, what's up with that? Still,nice pic. Love the way you draw.

Trying to bring together the two major comic continuities, but wheres the coolest of all Sonic franchise comics (Shortfuse).
Or are you gonna transform Ray into him?
Johnny and Rabbot? Hehe, how long is the cast gonna stay that small?

I like this group original yet still "Sonic" with a nice mixture of characters from the varrious Sonic Incarnations. I am curious on the details though

Ray looks fantastic XD and I'm loving the redesigns of the Archie chars, especially Chuck. I'd really like to see it inked at least. That'd give me an oppurtunity to swipe it for colours practice *shot* For some reason, I really wanna use the Ray picture for an icon or something O.o;
I'd love to see more art behind this comic thinger, like character solo shots or something :3 Didn't you do one of Sally?

Yeah, I done the bio pic of Sally and intend to do more for the other characters. Definately have more of this stuff coming soon. Actually, another related pic is my Guardians pic with Knuckles and a group of Echidnas if you wanna check that out.
