He drives around the planet in his metal steed garbage truck that runs off the energy that comes from his disposed enemies.
His enemies of which are giant monsters made of garbage that are trying to devour the planet. So he drives in on his savage truck, tears the sorry bastard limb from limb, and tosses their entrails into the back of his truck before driving off to kill the next S.O.B.

Yeah he's kinda like Captain planet, but a more simpler version thats hell of a lot more of a badass.
